Simon Spiro, one of the most unique Cantors and entertainers in the world today, is known as the British Jazz Singer, balancing dual careers in Cantorial and popular music. He has sung with Elton John, Faith Hill, Sheena Easton, Cliff Richard and Shania Twain; had hit singles on Israeli and British pop charts, and represented England in the Eurovision finals.  He starred in Phantom of the Opera and toured with Red Buttons and Joan Rivers.

A leading recording artist for the Milken Archive of American Jewish Music, Simon appears on all of their Yiddish Theatre albums. His “Traditional Cantorial Favorites” is one of the top selling CDs in Milken’s history. His numerous Jewish compositions have become part of today’s Synagogue Music throughout the world.

Simon is Senior Cantor of Beth Tzedec Congregation, where he has developed the unique sound of the famous Beth Tzedec Singers.
