Ashkenaz joins a cohort of 18 other Jewish and Yiddish cultural arts organizations from around the world to present “The Third Seder: An Online International Yiddish Cultural Celebration.” The event will include many leading singers, actors and instrumentalists from throughout the Yiddish world, almost all of whom are Ashkenaz Festival alumni. The performers will be participants in a Zoom collaboration, which will be broadcast live on Rabbi Avram Mlotek’s Facebook page. The script will borrow from the traditional Arbeter Ring secular Yiddish Haggadah, with some adaptations for the times we live in and the medium being used. Don’t miss this epic worldwide celebration.
